I like many people have had very bad service over this and it may well cost them my custom and many others. Bad enough I was never sent the game, but when I complained and they send the would send me a copy, that too has not yet been dispatched! So much for hoping to join in the launch day fun, if amazon get there way I wont get to play for 2 weeks!
Off to by it else were.

This game was ordered on 9th November to be delivered on 14th November and still waiting......NOT HAPPY AND WONT BE CAUGHT OUT LIKE THIS AGAIN!!!Never had any problems with Amazon before,hadnt realised it was coming from another source.

This is a negative review and a warning to all buyers.
Been waiting for delivery for a week now, never this happened before from Amazon, if i knew they were ordering this from overseas i would have bought it from another place.
Great game and expansion, just pitty Amazon isn't a seller up to the name.
No expansion, no leveling, no PvPing for the past week, thank you Amazon for ruining another weekend alone at home.

Now living in america, i wanted the expansion as near release as possible, Amazon has always been excellent in the past but they have a prefered agent in jersey , I paid for royal mail first class on both copies and estimated delivery went from wednesday to saturday , all the time being in "dispatch mode" so uncancable, Amazon really needs to rethink who are their prefered distributors, forums are full of amazon is bad comments when most havnt seen its the merchent amazon delegated to distrubute ...

STILL waiting for game to arrive......... (pre-ordered)
It's the first time I have had poor service from Amazon so I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt this time but if they don't want to start losing a lot of customers they need to re-think their strategy for pre-release ordering.
